Who are we ?

For the past 25 years, BCH Consultants has developed its expertise in Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  BCH Consultants is aware of the challenges of reconciling work and family balance; therefore, we make it our duty to limit all negative repercussions within organizations, whether humane or economical.  Our (EAP) Employee Assistance Program responds well to the growing concerns of employers in regards to their employees’ work performances as well as for personal difficulties their family and themselves may encounter.

Implementation and management of your EAP

No administrative fees shall be charged for the implementation and management of your Employee Assistance Program. BCH Consultants shall supply the Organization, upon signature of the agreement, with free pamphlets as well as promotional posters to ensure that each of its employees is well-informed in regard to its Employee Assistance Program.

Rapid referral

The clients are guaranteed to obtain an appointment within 7 working days. Upon request, an evaluation of urgency shall be made upon the opening of the file, and if case may be, an immediate reference will follow.

Quality control

In order that we may be better informed of our clients’ degree of satisfaction concerning the services rendered by BCH Consultants, a survey will be sent to them, with their consent, in which they may express themselves on the quality of services received. This procedure, which is entirely confidential, allows us to optimize our services as well as inform and/or demonstrate employees’ appreciation of the services rendered. In case of dissatisfaction, with their authorization, we shall contact and inform the client of such situations and thus rapidly correct the situation.

Management of allocated budget

In order you may meet your budget and/or financial planning, an analysis of your results is available all year long in accordance to your agreement.

Emergency line 24/7

At BCH Consultants, the client is our priority. Other than a rapid and personalized service from Monday to Friday, (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.), the employees as well as management have access to an emergency line in the evenings, on weekends and holidays regarding psychological assistance. If case may be, management can immediately put us in contact with a member of administration

Presentation to employees

We are always very eager to intervene directly with your employees in order that we may highlight the terms and conditions of an EAP.  A short presentation is proposed in order to demystify the process of a psychological consultation, therefore reducing prejudice. Every year, a maximum of 5 presentations of 30 minutes each can be planned at no cost.

Analysis of your data

A professional look upon your EAP is provided through statistics, monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Various actions will then be recommended enabling you to focus your time and effort only on the needs of your organization. Two meetings per year are offered at no cost with one of our Directors.

Request / obtain service offers

OUR EAP - Employee support program is invoiced at the end of each session; therefore there are no management or monthly fees and no minimum payment.  To know more about the actual costs of an EAP, complete the attached form to receive the specificities of a service offer.
