She has been the owner of the enterprise since 2010; her qualities as President and Chief Executive Director can be defined in three words: Vision – Ambition – Leadership. Despite her young age, this businesswoman possesses a sharpened vision that which concerns psychological wellness within her enterprise as well as within the population. She has a great talent for surrounding herself with high quality professionals in order to ensure the growth of her enterprise. Her educational background as sexologist and psychotherapist has provided her with a great knowledge of social and financial issues which can be the result of poor psychological wellness.

Joanie is very confident and strives for creative and dynamic innovations whilst expanding her vision for the growth and development of the enterprise. The concept of professional ethics lies in the very heart of her field of competence. Her communication skills make it possible to mobilize dedicated professionals, regardless of their training or generation. All in all, Joannie has a high tolerance in facing uncertain situations and can handle stress-related and emergency situations very well which are essential elements for business achievement.

Steven has acquired 15 years in management and is very passionate about life and in everything he undertakes. He is highly motivated and self-disciplined and aims to achieve the highest level. His determination and tenacity to achieve his goals reinforces his dedication to the enterprise’s planning and organization and in fulfilling his duties and responsibilities. Moreover, together with his strong communication skills and energizing personality, he is able to obtain many business contracts not only in the area but at the provincial level also.

Steven is concerned about maintaining the reputation of BCH Consultants and naturally symbolizes the organization’s culture: Wellness – Conviction – Humane. A brief history

Following is a brief history of our enterprise.

 

1992

BCH Consultants was founded by Rolande Hébert and Gaétan Bonneau  (Social worker and Psychologist) in Rouyn-Noranda, Abitibi-Témiscamingue, pioneers in employee assistance programs in the area.  By means of a private practice, they were also the first to promote awareness of psychological wellness in enterprises and in the population in general.  More than 30 years later, the founders are still an integral part of our team of professionals.

2010

Joannie Gauthier, President and Executive Director, took over the enterprise in order to ensure the continuity of the professional services rendered by the enterprise as well as to see them regularly updated.  She is committed to preserving the enterprise’s values and contributes to regional and provincial expansion.

2015

BCH Consultants acquired Les Consultants Delorme-Lussier inc. in the Metropolitan area.  Their values and professional rigor were combined by a strategic merger of these two distinct entities.  Gilles Savoie and Johanne Delorme, both social workers and psychotherapists as well as founders of the enterprise, joined the Management team of BCH Consultants and together have put to use their experience of more than 30 years.

2017

Creation of group BCH by combining these two distinct entities: BCH Consultants and BCH Solutions Collectives. These two enterprises became partners and united their strengths to offer a panel of specialized services to enterprises in three pillars: Financial, psychological and human resources.
